About Our Service During Bhadarvi Poonam
“Jai Mataji”, “Jai Ambe” — these are the sacred chants heard throughout the roads leading to Ambaji during the holy month of Bhadrapad (August–September). Every year, nearly 40 to 50 lakh (4 to 5 million) devotees walk on foot to seek blessings at the holy temple of Mata Amba.
During these days, the Government of Gujarat sets up several medical camps and provides free medicines. However, given the massive number of devotees, it becomes impossible for the government alone to serve everyone. Therefore, people from many villages, organizations, and communities voluntarily come forward to help the yatris by offering free food, medical aid, water, and stay facilities.
Large companies, small groups, and local volunteers all contribute in their own ways—some distribute water, some arrange night shelters, and some provide basic essentials.
Our Contribution We, too, extend our humble support by providing Free Medical Treatment to the Bhadarvi Poonam pedestrians. We have been offering this service since 1999, and every year our supporters and donors continue to grow—this is truly a blessing from Mata Ambaji.
Our camp is located approximately 2 kilometers away from Vadali. The service is organized by MEGHDHANUSH SEVA TRUST, in collaboration with VADALI MITRA MANDAL, and hosted within the premises of Shreeji Minerals.
About Our Medical Camp We belong to the medical community, and our team includes: 9 Committee Members, 20 Dedicated Volunteers (Manpower) All of whom serve honorarily.

WHAT WE STAND FOR
We are committed to making a positive impact on society through sustainable efforts, compassion, and dedicated service to the community.
Our mission is to provide essential healthcare support to the pilgrims walking during Bhadarvi Poonam and to extend help to anyone in need by offering beds, wheelchairs, walkers, sticks, and other supportive equipment.
We are committed to creating programs that focus on compassion, community welfare, and long-term sustainability, especially for the underprivileged. Through these efforts, we aim to bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those who need it the most.
To build a compassionate community where every personโespecially the poor, the sick, and the underservedโhas access to timely healthcare support and essential mobility equipment.
We envision a society where no pilgrim or needy individual suffers due to lack of basic facilities, and where acts of service, dignity, and humanity create lasting change for future generations.
